Tony graduated summa cum laude from Norfolk State University and earned his law degree at Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law. He has practiced law since 2003.
Civic And Community Involvement
Tony is active in the economic development arena, serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations and is a frequent guest speaker at legal seminars for small businesses and first-time homebuyers.
Since 2007, he has represented the Metropolitan District Commission (MDC) on the Clean Water Project, which includes more than $2 billion in infrastructure improvements to the MDC’s wastewater system.
He also serves as a mentor in connection with several Hartford-based programs that are designed to expose high school students to the practice of law and business.
