Tony E. Jorgensen successfully defends the City of Hartford in connection with a claim brought under the Municipal Highway Defect Statute. After a two-day trial, the Court (J. Satter) ruled that the plaintiff, who tripped and fell on a sidewalk, failed to prove that the sidewalk was defective as a matter of law.

Attorney Cherron M. Payne joins the Jorgensen Law Firm as an associate. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Payne practiced law in the private sector as an associate at Arnold & Associates, LLC and served in-house counsel to large multi-national corporation.
